3. Payment Terms & Access All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required either in full or through an agreed installment plan. If you choose a payment plan: You are legally obligated to complete all scheduled payments Missed or late payments may result in temporary suspension or termination of access Outstanding balances may be pursued through third-party collections or legal action All payments are processed securely through third-party platforms such as Whop. We do not store or access your full payment information.
4. No Refund Policy By purchasing any Tursonz Trading product or service, you agree that all sales are final. We do not issue refunds for: Change of mind Lack of participation Failure to achieve desired results Emotional or psychological discomfort Technical issues outside of our direct control (support will be provided) This applies to both pay-in-full and installment plans.
5. Chargebacks & Disputes You agree not to initiate chargebacks or disputes through your bank or payment provider. Initiating a chargeback constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in: Immediate removal from all services Permanent account termination Legal or collection action

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only. You may not: Share, resell, or redistribute content Record or repost private calls or materials Reverse engineer or repurpose proprietary systems Violations may result in immediate removal and legal action.
7. Community Conduct You agree to: Be respectful to all members and staff Avoid harassment, hate speech, or abusive behavior Refrain from posting illegal, misleading, or harmful content Not promote unrelated services, signals, or offers Violation of community rules may result in removal without refund.

10. Third-Party Platforms We utilize third-party platforms such as Whop, Discord, and CRM tools. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or technical issues caused by third-party platforms. Our policies remain enforceable regardless of platform limitations.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of NewYork. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Farmingdale, NewYork. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
