Student acknowledges that all content, calls, videos, screenshots, messages, strategies, charts, PDFs, and Discord materials shared within this mentorship are confidential and owned exclusively by Tursonz.
Student may not share, distribute, repost, resell, leak, teach, recreate, reverse engineer, or reproduce the system or materials in any form, whether digital or physical.
No screenshots, screen recordings, audio recordings, or saving/archiving of materials is permitted without express written permission from Tursonz.
Any breach of this confidentiality equals immediate removal from the program with no refund and may result in legal action.
All intellectual property, including but not limited to trading systems, methodologies, educational content, and strategies, belong solely to Tursonz.
The student gains temporary, revocable access only for personal use during and after the mentorship period.
Student may NOT use any part of this system, methodology, or content to build their own mentorship program, course, signal group, YouTube channel, paid product, or any commercial offering.
Violations may result in pursuit of legal damages and injunctive relief.
The program cost is $1,500 USD, one-time payment.
No refunds. No chargebacks.
Student agrees that the payment is final, non-cancelable, and non-disputable under any circumstances.
Attempting a chargeback or payment dispute constitutes a material breach of contract and may result in collection efforts, legal fees, and all associated costs being charged to the student.
Payment must be completed immediately after signing this agreement to secure your enrollment slot.
Failure to complete payment within 48 hours cancels acceptance and forfeits your spot.
Student understands and acknowledges that trading involves substantial risk and that results are not guaranteed.
Student acknowledges that Tursonz is not a registered financial advisor and that all information provided is for educational purposes only.
All trading decisions are made independently by the student, who accepts full responsibility for all trades and outcomes.
Student cannot and will not sue, pursue legal claims, or hold Tursonz liable for:

Student must attend daily group calls during the first 20 days of the program.
Student must participate responsibly and observe during the final 10 days of live trading sessions.
Student agrees to maintain a respectful, professional attitude toward Tursonz and other program participants.
No harassment, disrespect, trolling, or disruptive behavior will be tolerated.
Violations result in immediate removal from the program without refund.
The core program runs for 30 days: 20 days of structured education and daily calls, followed by 10 days of live trading observation.
After the 30-day period, students gain continued access to message support and the option to book additional 1-on-1 calls.
Access to materials and community can be revoked at any time for breach of any terms outlined in this agreement.
